You do not have to wait for them: Costco refunds the difference when a price drops within 30 days of a warehouse purchase, so anything you buy from October 28, 2026 onward can still get the Black Friday price. When is Costco Black Friday 2026 in Canada?

Black Friday is Friday, November 27, 2026, and Cyber Monday is Monday, November 30. Costco Canada runs its Black Friday prices as member savings with set dates, like its regular flyer, rather than as a one-day sale. In 2025, Yahoo News Canada reported Costco's Canadian holiday savings running from November 17 through Cyber Monday, December 1.

Should you buy before Black Friday at Costco?

Yes, if it is something you would buy anyway. Costco's price adjustment policy gives you the difference back when the price drops within 30 days of a warehouse purchase, at the membership counter. Two conditions decide whether it works:

• The sale must still be running. Costco adjusts only within the promotion's dates, so claim during the Black Friday savings, not after.
• The item must be in stock. If the warehouse sells out, the adjustment is gone; demo units don't count.

Costco.ca orders work the same way through an online form, crediting the difference if the Costco.ca price drops within 30 days of your order. Costco.ca does not adjust to warehouse prices or to other retailers, and promotions such as Spend & Get may not qualify.

Are Costco Black Friday deals online or in the warehouse?

Both, item by item. Each offer is marked warehouse and online, warehouse only, or online only, and Yahoo News Canada noted in 2025 that Black Friday items were on sale online only, in the warehouse, or both. A price adjustment only works on the channel you bought from, so a TV bought on Costco.ca can't be adjusted to a warehouse price.

Is Costco open on Black Friday, and what are the hours?

Yes. Black Friday is not a holiday in Canada, and Costco.ca listed no special hours for it as of October 1, 2026, so expect regular Friday hours: 9:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. for warehouses and 6:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. for gas stations. Yes, under the usual Costco return policy. Most products have no time limit stated, but TVs, major appliances, computers, tablets, phones and other listed electronics must come back within 90 days: for a Black Friday purchase, by February 25, 2027. Gift cards, Shop Cards and gold bullion can't be returned under the guarantee.

With a card that earns at Costco. The CIBC Costco Mastercard pays 2% back on Costco.ca and 1% in the warehouse, with no annual fee. Executive members also earn the 2% Executive reward on eligible purchases. On a $1,500 Costco.ca order, the card's 2% is $30 back.
