How does a Lennox heating or cooling install work?

You call 1-866-496-2032 to confirm the service is available, a Lennox consultant visits to assess your home (free within 40 km of a Costco warehouse), and an independent certified Lennox dealer installs the equipment. Members get a 3-year Comfort Shield labour warranty, and product warranties run 5 to 10 years depending on the equipment. Costco runs periodic Shop Card offers on Lennox systems: the current one is a Shop Card worth 15% of a qualifying purchase, until October 25, 2026.

Can you return a Costco installation?
